Lockdown Licks no. 158. “LL’s Friday Over Easy” Played on a Telecaster on neck pick up, volume 9, tone 9. Played through a NUX M8 on ‘blues’ setting with low gain and a little reverb.
“LL’s Friday Over Easy” was built around a three chord turnaround I started playing using Dm7, C (passing chord) and G bar chords.
After each cycle of chords a different riff is played with a slightly longer ‘flurry of notes’ riff based around D at fret 10 to end.
I enjoyed putting it together!
