Lockdown Licks no. 231. LLs ‘Bourbon Country Ballad’. Played on a HB35+ into a NUX M8 amp set to clean with on board tremolo set to the tempo. The tune starts with a signature riff which resolves to a DMajor7 chord, is then repeated, ending on a G chord, a riff is then played based on Em/Bm at the 9th fret, then running through Em, D and A chords ending with a run down the scale with a country bend riff to a D major chord left ringing.
Bourbon Country Ballad?
I created it yesterday evening with a few bourbons! It’s hoped with some writing, I will extend it into a song sometime soon.
